- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the environmental compliance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events,



and strategic outreach.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored compliance solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Prior experience in the Environmental Compliance, EPR, Waste Management, Sustainability, or ESG industry is highly preferred.
- Robust network and existing business connections within relevant industries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings when required.
