Flip Slide Consultancy is looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: As per experience & skills

Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Generating new leads through calling, online research and references
- Connecting with potential clients and introducing our services
- Understanding client requirements and handling enquiries
- Regularly following up with leads and prospects
- Maintaining proper records of leads, calls and follow-ups
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships




- Coordinating with the internal team for smooth sales closures
- Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

- Robust communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and professional while speaking with clients
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Positive, proactive and target-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
- Comfortable with regular calling and client follow-ups
