Job Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable colleges and courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with admissions and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated on university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and industry trends.
- Support the team in achieving individual and overall admission targets.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Passion for education, admissions, and career counseling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Admission Counsellor: 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Sales, Telecalling, or Education Counseling.
- Team Leader: Relevant experience in admissions, sales, or team handling.
- Admission Manager: Relevant experience in admissions, business development, sales, and team management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply for the Admission Counsellor role.
