What You Will Do • Qualify and assess leads based on customer preferences , budget, location, and move-in requirements.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers through timely and consistent follow-ups.
- Meet potential customers and understand their accommodation requirements.
- Conduct property visits and coordinate with customers for site visits.
- Achieve assigned individual and team targets related to lead qualification, follow- ups, conversions, and bookings.

What You Will

Who We Are Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (B. Com, BBA, or related field).

- Good at talking to and convincing people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A quick learner who is eager to understand sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Growth-minded, looking to build a career in business development and sales.
