Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the company in achieving its business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable company services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and client interactions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management.





Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, software, or IT services is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or related backgrounds can apply.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales/business development are welcome.

Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development
- Sales, Telecalling, IT Sales, or related fields.
