Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, Healthcare Sales, Wellness Sales, or Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand customer needs, pain points, lifestyle challenges, and wellness goals
- Recommend suitable physiotherapy, posture correction, ergonomic, orthotics, and wellness solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
- Schedule consultations, assessments, and onboarding sessions
- Handle customer objections and build strong relationships
- Maintain customer interactions and updates in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for a seamless customer experience

Requirements




- 2 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Healthcare / Wellness / Customer Success
- Experience in Health-Tech, Healthcare, Fitness, Physiotherapy, Wellness, or Insurance is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong consultative selling and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach
- Good objection-handling and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
