Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Aesthetic Department. The candidate will be responsible for promoting aesthetic services, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with external clients and referral sources, and coordinating aesthetic-related activities within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and create awareness about the hospital’s Aesthetic Department and available services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and external client interactions.
- Visit clinics, salons, wellness centres, corporate offices, and other potential referral sources to generate leads.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with doctors, clinics, referral sources, and clients.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective patients and convert them into appointments.
- Coordinate with the hospital’s Aesthetic Department for patient appointments, consultations, and procedures.
- Handle patient enquiries and provide basic information regarding available aesthetic services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow and service coordination.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions,



and business development activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the management.
- Support the department in promotional activities, campaigns, health awareness programmes, and events.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute towards the growth of the Aesthetic Department.
- Handle both outdoor business development activities and in-hospital coordination as required.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Cosmetics, or related fields will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be confident in meeting and communicating with external clients and referral sources.
- Willingness to travel for field visits as part of the job.
- Basic computer knowledge and good follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and presentable.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
