We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle inbound enquiries for AI Surveillance and Video Analytics Solutions, understand customer requirements and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify clients who enquire online for AI Surveillance solutions.
- Understand the customer's existing setup, site requirements, security challenges and required AI detection features.
- Identify requirements such as intrusion, person/vehicle detection, perimeter monitoring, PPE, fire/smoke and other AI analytics.
- Explain relevant AMPL products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate lead/CRM records.
- Schedule technical discussions, product demos, site visits and meetings with the technical/senior team when required.
- Coordinate and escalate technical or commercial queries to the concerned team.
- Coordinate quotations and proposals as required.
- Nurture leads and work towards converting enquiries into orders and revenue.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular follow-up/status reports.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma; technical background is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply / /1–4 years experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales or Technical Sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Interest in AI, Video Analytics, Automation, IoT or technology solutions.
- Target-oriented and capable of working with technical teams.
LANGUAGE- REGIONAL LANGUAGE( GUJARATI ) & ENGLISH are mandatory
Key Objective
Handle Enquiry → Understand Requirement → Qualify Lead → Explain AI Solution → Coordinate Technical Team → Follow Up → Convert Lead → Generate business.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
