About the Role

Avenir Design Studio is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients, companies, architects, interior designers, builders, and real estate professionals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other platforms.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
- Present Avenir Design Studio’s services and explain how our solutions can meet client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between clients and the internal team.
- Prepare and share company profiles,



proposals, quotations, and other business-related documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Track the status of ongoing leads and opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Preferred
- Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, 3D visualization, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Existing client/networking contacts in the real estate, architecture, interior, or construction sector will be a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
