AKUAFI is an Offline Advertising Platform that helps brands reach customers through advertising on water bottles distributed across high-footfall locations, events, restaurants, cafés, coaching institutes and other consumer touchpoints.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can acquire new clients, build business relationships and drive advertising campaign sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Pitch AKUAFI's advertising solutions to businesses and brands.
Meet potential clients and understand their marketing requirements.
Handle the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth campaign execution.
Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
Preferred Candidates
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with client meetings and field sales.
Target-oriented and proactive.
Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
Experience in advertising, media, marketing, events, FMCG or related industries will be an advantage.
Candidates with a strong local business network in Gorakhpur will be preferred.
