About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate with excellent English communication and client-handling skills.

The role involves communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our organization and services, building relationships, and converting potential prospects into clients.

Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities :

- Communicate with potential clients through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Clearly explain the organization's services, mission, vision, and goals to prospects.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Build a good relationship with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Identify potential clients and move them through the business development process.
- Present our services confidently and handle client questions and concerns.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and work towards converting them into potential clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and business development activities.

Requirements :

- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and prospects.
- Ability to clearly explain ideas, services, and business offerings.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
- Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or a related role will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned leads.

Who We're Looking For : We are looking for someone who is confident, fluent in English, comfortable speaking with clients, and genuinely interested in business development.

Experience is not the primary requirement—communication, confidence, learning ability, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients are more key.
