Role Description The Business Development Associate (Intern) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the intern will support business growth by identifying potential partners, conducting outreach, and assisting in the development of new relationships with institutions and organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions,



contribute to sales and marketing campaigns, and maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM or tracking tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting outreach activities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer segments, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and interest in the edtech or education sector.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
