We're hiring: Business Development Associate. This is a full time remote role.

Here's what we actually do: we work with researchers, engineers and founders who are trying to build a life in the US through EB-1A and EB-2 NIW green cards. Most of them are brilliant at their work and completely lost about the process. Your job is to be the person who makes it make sense.

What the role looks like

- Talk to prospects who've already put their hand up. No cold calling into the void.
- Understand their profile, explain what's realistically possible, and be honest when it isn't.
- Follow up properly. Most deals are won by the person who actually came back.
- Close.

What we're looking for

- Strong English. You'll be talking to PhDs and senior engineers all day, and you need to hold your own.
- Someone who can build a real conversation, not read a script at someone.
- Zeal and conviction. That's genuinely most of it.
- Experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
