Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and nurturing prospective learners and institutional partners, generating leads through calls, meetings, and online channels, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.

The Business Development

Associate will conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and emerging skill trends, support the creation and delivery of sales presentations,



and collaborate with academic and marketing teams to refine course positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing follow-ups, assisting in the execution of outreach campaigns and events, and contributing to enrollment targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and managing pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or education services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and meet defined targets.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) is an advantage.
