Business Development Associate Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive lead generation, manage prospective databases, and execute marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Cold Calling: Spend 2 hours daily conducting outbound outreach to qualify potential leads. Database Management: Clean, filter, and continuously update sales databases in Microsoft Excel. Zoho Campaigns: Run and monitor marketing campaigns through Zoho (training provided). Outreach: Write compelling sales copy and follow-up emails for prospects.
Required Skills Cold Calling: Demonstrated confidence and experience with phone outreach. Advanced Excel: Proficiency in using data filters, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP. Email Drafting: Solid written communication skills to write professional, persuasive emails. Tech-Savvy: Fast learner comfortable adopting marketing platforms.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
