Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based at Bhanzu’s office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and pipeline activities.

The Business Development

Associate will deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, engage with potential partners and customers via calls, emails, and meetings,



and support sales campaigns and events that drive growth in domestic markets (DOM). The role also includes collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine messaging, improve conversion, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver clear, engaging Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer segments, and competitor offerings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement and follow-ups.
- Relevant experience in business development, inside sales, or education/edtech sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work from the office in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decision-making.
