Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries and communicate with prospective clients.

- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to identify and qualify potential customers.

- Understand client requirements and explain relevant IT products and services.

- Identify business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead information in the CRM.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product discussions, demos, and client requirements.

- Build skilled relationships with prospects and support the team in achieving sales goals.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.

- Interest in Sales,



Business Development, and Client Interaction.

- Good listening, follow-up, and persuasion skills.

- Willingness to learn about Healthcare IT products and services.

- Comfortable working with US-based clients and US business hours, when required.

- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
