Role Description The Business Development Associate (edtech) role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify prospective clients in the education and edtech sectors, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating meetings and demos with potential partners. The associate will nurture relationships with institutional and corporate clients, follow up on inquiries, and support negotiations to close business deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and contributing to business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills,



including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs in the edtech or education sector.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in edtech, education, or HR services.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
