Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads for AVD-Group’s training and consulting services, including outreach to students, corporate clients, and academic partners. The associate will conduct market research to understand local and regional demand, map potential clients, and support the development of targeted campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting presentations,



counsel and demos about AVD-Group’s classes. programs, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with training and placement teams to align offerings with market needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage learners, corporate clients, and academic partners.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or education/training services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, and comfort with presenting both in-person and using digital platforms.
