Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market and competitor research, and support the development of go-to-market strategies for geospatial intelligence solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or similar tools.





The role also involves collaborating with technical and product teams to understand offerings, tailoring pitches to client needs, supporting proposal development, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering engaging presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability in lead generation and pipeline development, including outreach, follow-up, and qualification of prospects.
- Competence in market research, including gathering and analyzing industry, customer, and competitor data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, geospatial sciences, or a related field.
- Interest or experience in geospatial intelligence, data analytics, or AI-driven technology solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and building long-term client relationships.
