We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our team and drive business growth in the education and skill development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable training and skill development solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.





Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate leads and work towards targets.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, education, training, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
