We're looking for a Business Development Associate to open doors with the brands and agencies we want to work with, and to turn those conversations into meetings.
What You'll Work On:
- Identifying and approaching brands, agencies, and businesses across email, LinkedIn, Instagram & WhatsApp
- Running structured follow-ups until a lead reaches a explicit decision
- Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the founder
- Positioning our services: AI video production, social media, branding, influencer marketing, OOH & events
- Maintaining a clean lead pipeline with status and next steps
- Preparing concise decks and proposals with the creative team
- Understanding what we can deliver so every pitch is accurate
What We're Looking For:
- 0-2 years in sales, business development, or marketing outreach
- Polished written and spoken English and Hindi
- Resilience in outreach and consistency in follow-up
- Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Initiative and sound judgement in a small, founder-led team
Good to Have:
- Agency sales or lead generation experience
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools
