Role Description

House of Sero is looking for a commercially driven, fashion-focused individual to work closely with the leadership team across e-commerce, retail, merchandising, marketing and business strategy .

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a fashion brand is built and grown — from managing an online storefront and marketplaces to planning campaigns, analysing customer behaviour, supporting merchandising decisions and driving sales across physical and digital channels.

The associate will take an active role in managing and growing House of Sero’s e-commerce business , including the brand website and marketplaces such as Myntra. This will involve monitoring sales and product performance, improving online merchandising and presentation,



identifying growth opportunities, planning promotions and campaigns, and working with internal teams and external partners to improve conversion and revenue.

The role will also involve developing and executing strategies to drive retail store performance . This includes planning and evaluating campaigns, analysing customer and store-level data, supporting CRM initiatives and managing platforms such as OptCulture to improve customer engagement, retention and repeat purchases.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management, and basic project support.
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, management, commerce, or a related field; relevant work experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with operational or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Interested in the intersection of fashion and business.
- Have an eye for product, presentation and fashion merchandising.
- Strong at execution and able to take ownership of projects.
