We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and data-driven Business Development Intern who is ready to take ownership, execute impactful strategies, and transition into a leadership role as a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Representation & Networking: Participate in key healthcare conferences to connect with potential customers and establish solid connections with medical societies to build awareness around our advanced wound care portfolio

Brand & Online Presence: Strategy and execution to build a digital footprint for Perky Healthcare, including designing and launching proactive marketing campaigns.

Sales Empowerment: Draft clear, persuasive sales communications, collateral, and brand plans for our sales force.

Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to analyze emerging industry trends and evaluate potential new products for launch.

Strategic Relationships:



Build and sustain long-lasting partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers.

Campaign & Budget Management: Propose end-to-end marketing initiatives, manage allocated budgets, and track campaign performance metrics.

Startup Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced, task-oriented startup environment where speed and execution are key.

Who We Are Looking For

Educational Background: Pursuing or completed degree in Management Studies (MBA / BBA / PGDM or related business discipline).

Industry Passion: Highly dedicated to building and scaling a startup within the Indian healthcare sector.

Core Competencies: Strong grounding in brand plans, data analysis, strategic market research, and communication.

Mindset: Exceptional creativity, proactive problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, marketing, or business development is a strong bonus.
