We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Business Associate to join RunnTV and work closely with the founding team across strategy, business, sales, operations, finance and key company initiatives.

This is not a conventional entry-level MBA role. It is a high-ownership, long-term, career-oriented role designed for someone who wants to understand how a high-growth media and technology company is built — and be directly involved in building it.

You will work across functions and priorities, taking ownership of real business problems and initiatives — moving between strategy, analysis, problem-solving and execution on a day-to-day basis.

The role offers significant exposure to the founding team, broad business experience and the prospect to grow into a leadership role with increasing ownership of functions, businesses and P&Ls;.

Key Resposibilities

1. Founding Team Support: Work closely with the founding team on strategic priorities, business initiatives and day-to-day execution.
2. Business Strategy: Support market analysis, business planning, growth strategy, competitive analysis and new business opportunities.
3. Execution Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of key initiatives — from defining the problem to driving execution and measuring outcomes.
4. Business Development: Support and independently drive business development and partnerships.
5. Operations: Work across teams to identify operational gaps,



improve processes and ensure timely execution.
6. Financial & P&L; Analysis: Work with business and financial data, understand P&Ls;, unit economics, budgets, revenues, costs and profitability.
7. Data & Analytics: Analyze business performance, identify trends and convert data into actionable insights.
8. Special Projects: Take ownership of high-priority projects and new initiatives that may cut across multiple functions.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, technology, product, content, marketing, finance and operations teams to drive business objectives.
10. Problem Solving: Identify opportunities, structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions that can be executed quickly.
11. Founder’s Office Exposure: Participate in important business discussions and initiatives, gaining exposure to how strategic and operational decisions are made in a high-growth company.
12. Build & Improve: Continuously identify ways to make the business more efficient, scalable and growth-oriented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Full-time MBA from a premier B-school is mandatory.
2. Excellent academic record.
3. Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
4. Strong numerical and analytical ability.
5. Good understanding of P&L;, financial statements, business economics and key business metrics.

Strong execution orientation — someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
7. Owner’s mindset — takes responsibility for outcomes rather than waiting for instructions.
8. Extremely detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy and quality.
9. Highly ambitious and looking for a long-term career with significant growth potential.
10. Ability to work across functions and comfortably handle ambiguity, changing priorities and multiple initiatives.
11. Strong problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
12. High energy, curiosity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.

We are looking for builders, not specialists.

Compensation : Industry-standard CTC + ESOPs, commensurate with the candidate's profile and execution capabilities.
