HAI JUNOON VENTURES is a Sports, Corporate & Event Management company specializing in sports tournaments, corporate events, brand activations and talent recruitment. We are looking for energetic and ambitious interns who want hands-on experience in business operations and event management.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Associate Intern, you will work across multiple business functions:

Sports & Event Management

- Plan and coordinate sports tournaments and leagues.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, and on-ground operations.
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and clients.

Corporate & Other Event Management

- Support end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Coordinate venue bookings, permissions, and event schedules.
- Manage guest relations and event documentation.
- Ensure smooth event execution and post-event reporting.

Hiring & Recruitment

- Source and screen candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.




- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring records.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and interns.
- Support marketing and business outreach activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate or pursuing graduation (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BMS, Marketing, HR, Event Management, or related fields).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Passion for sports, events, business, and people management.
