Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current processes and recommending cutting-edge approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that justify investments and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
