The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models.

Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across different teams.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending creative approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to design and document business solutions and operating models effectively.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work across diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support implementation teams through complex transformation initiatives.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
