The Business
Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Well versed with Demand planning & forecasting, Master planning modules and knowledge of process & lean manufacturing. Knowledge of Warehousing and SCM is added advantage.
Strong communication skills as it involves interaction with onshore and client
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and document business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
