The Business

Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology-enabled strategies and operating models. Additionally, the position supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and long-term goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
