Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to assist in gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting communication between business and technical teams. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-time projects, using industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, UML, BPMN, and SQL.

Outstanding performers may be offered a paid position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Create process flow diagrams and visual models using UML and BPMN.




- Support requirement tracking and project documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
- Write basic SQL queries to validate and analyze data for insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in requirements.
- Participate in testing, validation, and feedback during project lifecycles.
- Contribute to identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and workshops for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Basic understanding of requirement gathering and business analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with UML diagrams, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn new business tools and processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related fields
