About The Role

SkillsCapital is seeking talented Business Analysts to join its dynamic team and contribute to high-impact projects for a top US multinational corporation. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-driven solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers.

Your insights will help translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital products used by thousands to millions of users globally. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about process improvement, digital transformation, and delivering customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment. The start date is flexible, with immediate to four weeks' notice periods available.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. Candidates should have a proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements effectively.



Strong proficiency in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications is essential.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred, along with experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role, as is experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

The ability to work efficiently within remote, distributed teams is also a key requirement.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support solution design, validate features,



assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate production rollouts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, derive business insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and training material development.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to facilitate continuous improvement.
