We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work on high-impact analytical projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
- Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, analysis, and data-driven modelling.
- Build insightful reports and dashboards using Excel and relevant visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement data-backed solutions.
- Identify trends, correlations, patterns, and opportunities to support business performance and decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into structured analytical problems and actionable insights.
- Support stakeholders with accurate and timely analysis for business and operational decisions.

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in business/data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including querying, data extraction, joins, aggregations, and data transformation.




- Strong working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and data visualization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements.

Preferred Educational Background

Graduates from IIT, BITS, IIIT or NIT are preferred. Candidates from other strong quantitative or technical backgrounds with relevant hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Excel, and analytics may also be considered.
