About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst & Process Improvement Specialist to analyze business processes, identify operational gaps, gather business requirements, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis and develop optimized workflows.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs/FSDs, SRS, user stories, process flows, use cases, SOPs, and requirement documentation.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and process analysis.
- Develop process maps, workflows, flowcharts, and other visual documentation.
- Work closely with business, operations, technology, and other cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and implement solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, cost reduction, time reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports,



dashboards, management reports, and business insights as required.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and business solutions.
- Track process changes and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with proposed process changes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-implementation review where required.
- Prepare SOPs and process documentation to ensure consistent adoption of improved processes.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and gap analysis.
- Experience creating process flows, workflows, SOPs, BRDs, FRDs/FSDs, SRS, or user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with process mapping/documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL / data analysis is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and data-driven approach.
