Hiring: Migration Business Analyst / Validation Specialist

Namya IT Solutions is looking for a Migration Business Analyst / Validation Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise data migration project.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate migrated data between legacy and target systems

Create and execute validation test cases and checklists

Analyze and document business rules and transformation logic

Identify and report data quality issues

Work closely with migration teams, QA leads, and client stakeholders

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, QA Analyst, or Validation Specialist

Robust experience in data validation and reconciliation

Excellent analytical and documentation skills

Advanced Excel and SQL skills preferred

Experience with enterprise applications, ERP, CPQ, CRM, or product data management systems

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
