- Hands on experience in the Payment domain and execution of large programs end-to-end.
- Robust End to End Payments lifecycle knowledge from a business, operational, and technology perspective.
- Working knowledge of UK, EU, US clearing systems such as BACS, FPS, CHAPS, TARGET2, SEPA, FED, CHIPS.
- Functional knowledge of various Payment Message formats, including SWIFT MT, ISO Messages, EDIFACT Messages 5.
- Experience working on micro-service based architecture, Kafka, JSON, XML, writing stories in gherkin format, executing queries on databases.

- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.

- Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
