Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst Intern. The intern will support the analysis of client insurance needs, business processes, and risk profiles, helping to translate findings into clear business requirements and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing data, performing basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to support consulting engagements.

The intern will collaborate with consultants and other team members to document workflows,



identify process improvements, and assist in developing client-facing materials. The role also involves participating in internal meetings, communicating insights clearly, and learning industry best practices in insurance, risk management, and business consulting.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, define solutions, and support project delivery.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with team members, and engage with stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in insurance, risk management, or consulting; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
