Hiring | Business Analyst – Northern Arc Capital
Northern Arc Capital is hiring for a Business Analyst role.
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage business/tech liaison and delivery for optimal return on investment
- Be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Ensure requirements capturing and translation into BDDs is diligently followed
- Identify risks and be proactive and prepare for contingency to ensure there are no lapses in delivery
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management and/or business analysis role
- Bachelors (or Masters) in technology along with MBA (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of software development life cycle
- Proven experience as a BA/Program Manager for large programs
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Excellent knowledge Jira (be able to build dashboards in Jira)
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a quick-paced workplace
