About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business users, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that drive business value.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.




- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement.
- Develop current-state and future-state process models.
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure solutions align with business goals and expectations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, wireframes, and process diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.




- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Plus Qualifications

- Experience in Gaming, Casino, Payments, FinTech, or Digital Product environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications is a plus.
