About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Transformation with strong experience in manufacturing projects, requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution analysis, and client handling .

The candidate should be able to understand manufacturing and shop-floor processes and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Understand manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and business workflows .
- Conduct client discussions, requirement workshops, and process analysis.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SOW, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications .
- Analyse AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Perform solution analysis and recommend practical solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with technical, development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Support requirements related to MES/MOM, ERP, shop-floor digitisation, IIoT, production, quality, and traceability .
- Participate in UAT, solution validation, client reviews, and project discussions .
- Identify functional issues,



analyse problems, and support effective problem-solving and resolution .
- Support pre-sales, proposal preparation, and solution discussions when required.
- Maintain effective collaboration with internal teams and contribute to a positive and team-oriented team environment .

Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Mandatory manufacturing domain experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in requirements gathering, documentation, solution analysis, and stakeholder management .
- Good understanding of MES/MOM, ERP, shop-floor processes, or manufacturing digital transformation .
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to client/manufacturing locations when required.

Good to Have
- Experience in Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing / IIoT / IT-OT integration .
- Experience with ERP–MES integration, OEE, traceability, or production analytics .
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools .
- Pre-sales or proposal preparation experience.
