Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in IT/software projects who can effectively understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct business requirement workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand As-Is and To-Be processes, identify gaps, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRS, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Create process flows/workflows using tools such as Miro, FigJam, etc.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support QA/UAT by clarifying requirements and validating delivered functionality.
- Coordinate with clients for requirement discussions, demos, clarifications, and regular status updates.
- Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Perform requirement impact analysis and ensure proper requirement traceability.
- Understand basic SDLC, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud-based applications.




- Have working knowledge of the AWS platform.
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and process-flow tools.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong requirement gathering, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Strong client/stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical software solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/API/integration concepts will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
