About the Role
91 Blackboard is looking for a Business & Data Analyst to connect business needs with data-driven insights. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze business performance, and develop reports and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and analytical needs.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Define and track KPIs to measure business and operational performance.
- Translate analysis into practical insights and recommendations for business teams.
- Review existing processes and reporting practices, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Validate data and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a combined role.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Python, Tableau, or Power Query is an advantage.
- Experience gathering business requirements and preparing clear documentation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights and business requirements effectively.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
