We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Business Acquisition Executive (BAE) to join our growing IT sales team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our IT services/solutions, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Actively identify and explore recent sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, professional networking, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Client Relationship Management: Initiate discussions and build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective international and domestic clients.
- Account Farming: Maintain regular and consistent communication with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Solution Pitching: Understand client business requirements and effectively pitch tailored IT services and software solutions.
- Pipeline & Deal Closure:



Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach and proposal submission to negotiation and deal closure.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (prior experience in an IT/Software company or digital services is a strong plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for dealing with international/corporate clients).
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong problem-solving mindset, critical thinking, and consultative negotiation skills.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT/software terminology, CRM tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
