Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bus Driver role based in Mumbai.

The Bus

Driver will operate company-assigned buses safely and efficiently, following all traffic rules and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, planning routes, maintaining schedules, and ensuring passengers board and exit the bus safely. The role also involves providing courteous customer service, assisting passengers as needed, and reporting any incidents, vehicle issues, or delays to the supervisor.

Driver will maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, complete required documentation, and participate in periodic driver training and safety programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Bus and Truck Driving skills, with a valid commercial driving license and a clean driving record.
- Candidates should possess Defensive Driving skills and a thorough understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Candidates should possess Driver Training experience or be willing to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a qualified, courteous approach to passenger interactions.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility for varying shifts and weekend or holiday schedules.
- Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly and quickly in unexpected situations.
- Prior experience as a bus or commercial vehicle driver is preferred; knowledge of Mumbai routes and local traffic conditions is an advantage.
