About the Role

White Bunnie is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Dehradun.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into clients for our marketing and development services .

Key Responsibilities

- Generate hot and qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify potential clients who require digital marketing, website, software, or development services.
- Research prospects and understand their business requirements before reaching out.
- Communicate professionally with clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, and online meetings.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service pitches to prospective clients.




- Follow up consistently with leads and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and development teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate with prospects and work toward successfully closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Explore new platforms, markets, and strategies to generate high-quality business opportunities.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills .
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation .
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation .
- Ability to identify and generate hot leads rather than only collecting unqualified prospects.
