Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting deal closure.

The Business Development

Executive will also monitor market trends,



contribute to sales strategies, and maintain accurate records in CRM or related tools to help achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand requirements, and support retention and growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.
- Familiarity with IT services, websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing solutions is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT or digital marketing sector.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
