Key Responsibilities:

- Handle backend sales activities and support the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, costing and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, sales team and internal departments.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as per customer/project requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
- Coordinate with production/engineering teams for drawing and order execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales records, MIS and customer data.
- Provide technical and documentation support to the sales team.
