Position: Analyst – Compensation & Advantages (Total Rewards)

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Support compensation benchmarking and market salary analysis.
- Analyze employee compensation data and generate insights for business decisions.
- Work extensively on Excel and HR datasets to create reports and dashboards.
- Assist in payroll management, rewards planning, and annual compensation review processes.
- Support data validation, reporting, and governance activities related to compensation programs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives.

Desired Skills

- BE/B.Tech+ MBA from top tier institute.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Interest in Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards.
