Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bridal Stylist /Fashion Consultant with strong retail sales experience to join our luxury fashion store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting outfits, understanding their requirements, providing styling advice, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers entering the store with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, occasion and styling needs.
- Recommend suitable Bridal Lehengas, Sarees, Gowns, Indo-Western outfits, Anarkalis, Sharara Sets and other ethnic wear.
- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to customers.
- Handle the complete customer journey from enquiry to final purchase.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including fabrics, designs, fits, colours, embroidery and styling options.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Generate repeat business and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding selections, trials, alterations and pending purchases.
- Maintain customer information and update DES / customer follow-up records regularly.
- Coordinate with designers, alteration teams, billing and support staff to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain proper presentation and visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
- Ensure the store and merchandise are maintained as per company standards.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Participate in recent collection launches,



promotional activities and photoshoots when required.
- Maintain a premium and professional appearance in accordance with the company's grooming and dress-code standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of luxury Bridal retail experience is mandatory.
- Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, bridal wear, premium/luxury retail will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good fashion sense and styling ability.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert enquiries into sales.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers and store teams.

- Confident, presentable and well-groomed.
- Passionate about fashion and customer service.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Candidates from premium fashion, bridal, ethnic wear, jewellery, luxury retail or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
