Innovision Infrasol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager – Bridge Design to lead the planning, analysis and design of complex bridge infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions in compliance with IRC, IS and MORTH standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bridge design projects from concept to completion.
- Design and review PSC I-Girders, Steel Girders, Box Girders, T-Beam Bridges and
Balance Cantilever Structures.
- Perform structural analysis using MIDAS Civil and STAAD Pro.
- Mentor and manage the bridge design team.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Review design calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
- Deliver safe, creative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in bridge engineering.
- Proficiency in MIDAS Civil and STAAD Pro.
- Strong knowledge of IRC, IS and MORTH codes.
- Leadership, communication and project management skills.
